經文-詩篇 103:8-14 8.耶和華有憐憫，有恩典，不輕易發怒，且有豐盛的慈愛。9.他不長久責備，也不永遠懷怒。10.他沒有按我們的罪過待我們，也沒有照我們的罪孽報應我們。11.天離地何等的高，他的慈愛向敬畏他的人也是何等的大！ 12.東離西有多遠，他叫我們的過犯離我們也有多遠！ 13.父親怎樣憐恤他的兒女，耶和華也怎樣憐恤敬畏他的人！ 14.因為他知道我們的本體，思念我們不過是塵土1.對經文的反思
上帝是仁慈的神。祂關心你，宽恕你，並乐于向你我表达怜悯。对于上帝的儿女，上帝并不总是责备。我们可以确信上帝会在我们的生命中施以怜悯。我所犯的一切罪孽已被偿还。上帝是我們的創造主，祂知道我們，给予我們的永远不会超过我們所能承载的，因为祂愛敬畏祂的人，总是在那里承载着我们！让我们庆祝上帝的宽恕，即使你因过去的失败而内疚或羞愧。记住上帝对祂话语的信实，可以帮助你认识到让你的心灵获得自由的真理。

3.實踐
上帝的宽恕是给我们的，但也是给我们与他人分享的。一旦我得到了上帝的宽恕，就可以自由地宽恕身边的其他人。我是如何分享上帝的仁慈？在我的生活中，是否有人让我难以原谅？嘗試在今天的生活中实践仁慈。

Scripture - Psalm 103:8-14
The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.
9 He will not always chide, nor will he keep his anger forever.
10 He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities.
11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him;
12 as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us.
13 As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.
14 For he knows our frame;[a] he remembers that we are dust.
1. Reflections on Scripture
God is a merciful God. He cares for you, forgives you, and delights in showing mercy to you and me. God is not always chastising when it comes to His children. We can be sure that God will show mercy in our lives. All the sins I have committed have been paid for. God is our Creator and He knows us and never gives us more than we can carry because He loves those who fear Him and is always there to carry us! Let's celebrate God's forgiveness, even if you are guilty or ashamed of past failures. Remembering God's faithfulness to His Word can help you recognise the truth that sets your heart free.
2. Response Prayer
Loving Father God, may You pour out Your mercy and grace on me and help me to pass on that same love and kindness to those around me. May I always remember Your patience and forgiveness and endeavour to live a life that glorifies You. Thank you for being the ever faithful and true God. I hold fast to Your promises and rest in Your love. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
3. Practice
God's forgiveness is for us, but it is also for us to share with others. Once I have been forgiven by God, I am free to forgive others around me. How am I sharing God's mercy? Is there someone in my life that I have a hard time forgiving? Try to practice mercy in your life today.
