3.我們凡事都不叫人有妨礙,免得這職分被人毀謗; 4.反倒在各樣的事上表明自己是神的用人,就如在許多的忍耐、患難、窮乏、困苦、5.鞭打、監禁、擾亂、勤勞、警醒、不食、6.廉潔、知識、恆忍、恩慈、聖靈的感化、無偽的愛心、7.真實的道理、神的大能;仁義的兵器在左在右; 8.榮耀、羞辱,惡名、美名;似乎是誘惑人的,卻是誠實的; 9.似乎不為人所知,卻是人所共知的;似乎要死,卻是活著的;似乎受責罰,卻是不至喪命的;

Scripture - 2 Corinthians 5:20-6:10
20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on
behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. 21 For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that
in him we might become the righteousness of God.
6 Working together with him, then, we appeal to you not to receive the grace of God in vain. 2 For he says,
“In a favorable time I listened to you,
and in a day of salvation I have helped you.”
Behold, now is the favorable time; behold, now is the day of salvation. 3 We put no obstacle in anyone's way, so that no fault may be found with our ministry, 4 but as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: by great endurance, in aƯlictions, hardships, calamities, 5 beatings, imprisonments, riots, labors, sleepless nights, hunger; 6 by purity, knowledge, patience, kindness, the Holy Spirit, genuine love; 7 by truthful speech, and the power of God; with the weapons of righteousness for the right hand and for the left; 8 through honor and dishonor, through slander and praise. We are treated as impostors, and yet are true; 9 as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold, we live; as punished, and yet not killed; 10 as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, yet possessing everything.
1. Reflection on the Scriptures
As ambassadors for Christ, we are called to deliver the gospel message that Christ has entrusted to us. We need only accept God's oƯer of saving grace through Christ, but we must not accept His grace in vain or stumble over believers in their spiritual journey. The Christian's best defence is a righteous witness, which is only possible when we are in a covenant relationship with God. Let us follow Paul's example and wholeheartedly accept the suƯerings we experience as a result of our mission. Let the truth and the power of God bear witness to our ministry.
2. Responsive Prayer
Loving and gracious Lord, thank you for your grace, love, wisdom and mercy towards me, through Christ we are not condemned. May I be an ambassador of Christ, boldly proclaiming the gospel of reconciliation with God. May we show ourselves to be God's servants in all things, imitating the Lord Jesus, and learn to praise and glorify You by our obedience. In the name of the Lord Jesus, we pray. Amen.
3. Application
Salvation is a daily reality for Christians. Let us hold fast to our identity as Christ's ambassadors, imitate Paul's faithfulness, be faithful in preaching the Gospel, and be willing to sacrifice for others so that God's power may be made known. Let our faith remain firm, for in Christ there is reconciliation and righteousness, and assurance that we can possess all things through God.
