经文: 诗篇 36：5-11

5 耶和华啊，你的慈爱上及诸天，你的信实达到穹苍。

6 你的公义好像高山，你的判断如同深渊。耶和华啊，人民、牲畜你都救护。

7 神啊，你的慈爱何其宝贵，世人投靠在你翅膀的荫下。

8 他们必因你殿里的肥甘得以饱足，你也必叫他们喝你乐河的水。

9 因为在你那里有生命的源头，在你的光中我们必得见光。

10 愿你常施慈爱给认识你的人，常以公义待心里正直的人。

11 不容骄傲人的脚践踏我，不容凶恶人的手赶逐我。

经文反思

经文在第五节、第七节和第十节都提到神的“慈爱“。第五节提到神的慈爱的时候，用艺术的笔法，描述神的慈爱无处不在；第七节提到神的慈爱的时候，从实际运用的角度，告诉我们，我们可以投靠神的这份无处不在的慈爱；第十节提到神的慈爱的时候，提醒我们，那些认识神的人，神更是会主动向他们分享神的爱，而且是常常地主动向他们分享神的爱！

祷告

慈爱的天父上帝，我们感谢赞美您上及诸天的慈爱！是您的这份爱，赐下您的独生子，主耶稣基督，为我们生，为我们死，为我们复活！如今，我们是认识您的人，甚愿您常向我们常施慈爱！阿们！

应用

爱是一种经历，爱是一个行动，爱是相互的付出。我们需要更多经历天父上帝的慈爱，同时，我们也要学习回应天父上帝的爱，就是爱我们的家人，爱我们身边的弟兄姊妹。只要我们学习付出 爱，才会更多经历父神的慈爱！

Scripture - Psalm 36:5–11

5 Your steadfast love, O Lord, extends to the heavens, your faithfulness to the clouds.

6 Your righteousness is like the mountains of God; your judgments are like the great deep;

man and beast you save, O Lord.

7 How precious is your steadfast love, O God! The children of mankind take refuge in the shadow of your wings.

8 They feast on the abundance of your house, and you give them drink from the river of your delights.

9 For with you is the fountain of life; in your light do we see light.

10 Oh, continue your steadfast love to those who know you, and your righteousness to the upright of heart!

11 Let not the foot of arrogance come upon me,

nor the hand of the wicked drive me away.

Reflections on the Scripture

The scripture mentions God's "love" in verses 5, 7, and 10. In verse 5, God's love is described with artistic language, portraying His love as being everywhere; in verse 7, it speaks practically, telling us that we can take refuge in God's ever-present love; in verse 10, it reminds us that those who know God are the ones to whom He actively shares His love, and that He frequently shares His love with them!

Prayer

Loving Heavenly Father, we thank and praise You for Your love that reaches to the heavens! It is through Your love that You gave Your only Son, Lord Jesus Christ, to live, die, and rise again for us! Now that we are among those who know You, we desire that You always shower us with Your love! Amen!

Applications

Love is an experience, love is an action, and love is mutual giving. We need to experience more of God the Father's lovingkindness, and we must also learn to respond to God's love by loving our family and the brothers and sisters around us. Only by learning to give love can we experience more of the Father’s love!
